With more than 35 years of engineering experience, 500+ forensic engineering investigations, and 65+ technical publications, Dr. Essam Dabbour combines practical engineering expertise with academic excellence and extensive forensic investigation experience. 

Dr. Essam Dabbour, holds a Ph.D. in Transportation Engineering and has taught transportation engineering at the university level for more than 15 years. He currently teaches professional development courses for Good Roads and actively contributes to advancing the profession through research, publications, conference presentations, and continuing professional development.
