Dr. Essam Dabbour, a traffic safety expert witness with a Ph.D. in Transportation Engineering, has taught transportation engineering at the university level for over 15 years. He currently teaches professional development courses for Good Roads, focusing on critical issues such as municipal liability and occupiers' liability, while actively contributing to the profession through research, publications, conference presentations, and continuing professional development.
